System shape
The work focused on turning operational rules into usable state transitions: create, review, approve, publish and distribute. The product surface had to support people who manage content as part of daily work, not as a one-time campaign.
Poster logic
The poster uses a workflow state machine because that is the real product: a sequence of decisions, ownership boundaries and distribution outcomes.
