System shape
Public content and operational content were treated as one maintainable product surface. The public side needed clarity; the administrative side needed structure, ownership and repeatable publishing behavior.

The visual shows public delivery, publishing controls and workflow states as one chain because the user-facing page is only the final expression of the system behind it.
